At 8:00pm Monday-Thursday, the Dining Hall changes to a late night menu offering which includes selections of your favorite evening snacks.

The Murray-Aikins Dining Hall provides an exciting and inviting venue for fresh, individualized meals. In addition to offering the benefits of improved ambience and updated menus, the facility boasts multiple separate cuisine stations:

  • Supremo's the pizza station, where we use our stone oven stone-hearth pizza to make hand-tossed pizza
  • Emily's Garden which includes a salad bar, is a dedicated vegetarian and vegan area. Produces from the Skidmore Community Garden are used to prepare the meals
  • The Corner Deli where members of our community can order their own sandwiches, wraps, paninis
  • The Bakery with items for all meals (fresh-baked breads, muffins, cookies, cakes, and pies)
  • The DIY Do-it-Yourself station that includes a griddle that students can use to make their own omelets and waffle irons to make Belgium waffles. All ingredients (eggs, chopped vegetables, cooking spray, batter mix) are provided
  • The Diner with traditional favorites, soups and rotisserie items
  • Minus 9 all meals at this station are made WITHOUT the use of the 9 major allergens (Sesame, Fish, Peanuts, Egg, Soy, Milk/Dairy, Shellfish, Gluten & Nuts)
  • Global Café is the stop dedicated to international foods
  • The Noodle Bar the noodle station where you select your own fresh vegetables, protein, toppings, with choice of chicken or vegetable broths
  • The Cereal Station supplied with a wide variety of cereal, bagels, cream cheese, jam and jelly, and milk

We additionally provide:

  • A test kitchen where students with chronic food allergies can make their own meals. It is also a space use by students to give chefs feedback on new recipes and organized club events.
  • Fridges filled with different types of products addressing dietary restrictions to guarantee the safety of the members of our community
  • The latest prototype of the interactive soda fountain by Pepsi and two beverage stations
  • Wireless Internet access
  • A projector to view any sporting or news event
  • Counter seating at cuisine stations
  • Three fireplaces and plenty of natural lighting
  • Lounge space with overstuffed chairs
  • The Atrium Café with comfortable seating, and a convenience store offering beverages, pre-packaged meals and snacks to go
  • Space on the first and second floors to accommodate special events (receptions, career events, lectures, etc.)
