K. Small Jazz Ensemble Practice Regulations
1. Combo coaches and appointed student workers will have swipe access to Room 29.
2. Students enrolled in Small Jazz Ensemble may schedule an additional weekly two-hour rehearsal in Room 29 outside their regular meeting time. Groups must coordinate with both the Music Department secretary and a student worker for access. Groups forfeit their time slot if they have not arrived by 15 minutes after their scheduled start time.
3. Only students registered for Small Jazz Ensembles are allowed to use Room 29. Personal bands are not permitted therein.
4. Departmental equipment must always remain in Room 29.
5. Students must respect all equipment and leave the room clean after finishing rehearsal. Those who leave the room messy and/or break equipment will lose access privileges.
6. Student groups performing in an official Skidmore Music Department event may request use of Room 29 by contacting the administrative assistant, who may or may not grant access depending on availability.
