The Schupf Scholar Program provides funding for Skidmore students to undertake science research, in collaboration with a faculty member, during the summer following the students' first or second year on campus and through the following academic year.

Please provide a brief descriptions of the following items. If necessary, you may send additional materials via campus mail.
Please describe the role of the student(s) in your project, and assess the knowledge or skills they gained while working on the project.
Please describe your plans for publication of project findings, or presentation of results at professional conferences, describing your student collaborator's role in those endeavors.
(Please be specific about journal titles, dates of publication, titles of conferences, dates and locations)
Please describe the future educational and professional plans of the student collaborator(s), including additional plans for research in their junior and senior years.
