11 am - 12 pm
This talk is for students, staff and faculty. It will explore the relationship between teaching, learning, and work on campus, and free expression online. The keynote will focus on both public posts in the virtual classroom and on campus, and private online posts not related to Skidmore. Sigal will explore recent cases and repercussions and discuss important guidance to help us think about the online domain in classes, on campus and beyond. This session is open to all members of the community. RSVP if you want a copy of Sigal’s book, with a note from the author.
