Campus polling information, Voter Registration Drive, drag queen Zella Cullatore promotes civic participation, and more, this week.

 

Stop into the Tang from 4 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 8, to register to vote! Volunteers with the League of Women Voters of Saratoga County will be on hand to help register new voters in New York State, provide absentee ballots, and answer any questions. Students living on campus must include their mailbox number when they complete their voter registration form. Part of the "" exhibition.

The Wyckoff Center (Case Center, second floor) will serve as the campus polling place from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Nov. 5. Students living in off-campus housing may find their poll site on the . Students voting in another state may find more information about where to vote via this . Please note: Only students who live on campus and are registered to vote in New York State may vote on campus.

Billy Winter ’18 (aka Zella Cullatore) is working with Drag Out the Vote, nonpartisan organization dedicated to encouraging civic participation, to mobilize voters ahead of this fall’s election.

At 9 p.m., tomorrow, Tuesday, Oct. 1, Gov. Tim Walz and Sen. JD Vance will face off for 90 minutes in the Vice Presidential Debate. "Face the Nation" Moderator Margaret Brennan and "CBS Evening News" Anchor Norah O'Donnel will moderate the event.
